On turbocharged vehicles, removing exhaust back pressure is crucial for improving the flow and response characteristics of the turbos. The Alpha 102mm Titanium Exhaust is one of the largest units available, combining the mid pipe (Y-pipe) with the rear exhaust section to create a much larger than standard system. Where most systems use 90mm pipes, this exhaust features a larger 102mm primary pipe to optimize exhaust gas flow, reducing turbulence and unwanted back pressure. This results in increased horsepower and improved turbo response.

Whether for drag strip, roll racing, or circuit racing, the Alpha 102mm Titanium Exhaust is designed to help maximize the GTR’s power output in any mode of operation. The system adds an exotic tone to the GTR’s exhaust note and is less than half the weight of the stock exhaust. Motorsport grade titanium is used throughout, and the system offers a 28% increase in cross sectional area over 90mm systems.

The Alpha 102mm Titanium Exhaust weighs approximately 30 lbs assembled, compared to over 63 lbs for the factory exhaust and 57 lbs for the partially titanium Nismo exhaust. It is fully titanium, including piping, mufflers, tips, and flanges. The exhaust uses all 5 available mounting points for stability and incorporates hybrid titanium and stainless steel flex sections on the mid pipe for additional flexibility and durability. Twin 11.75" mufflers are included to control exhaust tone, and the system is designed with reduced bends to minimize flow turbulence.
