The Alpha R35 GT-R 90mm Catted Midpipe is designed as one of the largest midpipes available for the Nissan GT-R. Unlike most systems that use two 76mm (3”) pipes merging into a single 76mm (3”) pipe, this midpipe features a larger 90mm (3.5”) primary pipe to improve exhaust gas flow. This design reduces turbulence and back pressure, resulting in increased horsepower and enhanced turbo response.

To ensure compliance with state and local emissions regulations, the midpipe incorporates high flow catalytic converters that are EPA certified in 49 states. These GESI Ultra High Output (UHO) stainless steel cats provide a high level of emissions control with no significant loss in horsepower compared to a cat-less midpipe. The catalytic converters are engineered to withstand up to 1500 degrees F and are built for durability under severe driving conditions.

Each Alpha R35 GT-R 90mm Catted Midpipe is constructed from high quality stainless steel and hand TIG welded for superior fit, finish, and performance. The design includes premium stainless steel flex sections and 3/8” thick connecting flanges, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
