This full high-grade titanium construction exhaust system features two pairs of bumper-mounted tailpipes with hand-crafted carbon-fibre outer sleeves and titanium inner sleeves. Special collectors inside both Mufflers eliminate streaming noise, while inner cones act as acoustic reflectors to partially direct sound from the tailpipes to the cabin.

Sound is linearized according to engine load and rpm. Smooth and refined at cruising speeds, it becomes sportier and more dramatic during dynamic driving. Two Exhaust Valves and a control kit monitor driving parameters and precisely control valve operation.

The exhaust system is ECE type approved for vehicles equipped with a gasoline particulate filter, including the Convertible version. Plug-and-play installation requires no remapping. An optional Akrapovič Sound Kit is available for an enhanced acoustic experience.

Installation note: Mounting the Akrapovič S-ME/T/6H exhaust system on the Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4MATIC / Cabriolet (C236 / A236) requires the following additional original Mercedes parts:
