AiM CAN cable connects hardware components in the AiM CAN system (Controller Area Network). You would use these cables to connect Channel Expansion Hubs, ECU Bridge, Lambda Controller, GPS module, and any other peripheral hardware to a Data Hub. Or from the Data Hub to the dash/logger harness. These cables use the metal Binder 712 screw-on connectors with 5-pins in the housing.
AiM CAN cables link modules or hardware on the AiM-specific CAN system (Controller Area Network). These cables transfer data or power from one AiM component to another. It should not be confused with the CAN system in your vehicle's factory wiring. They are separate CAN systems. Only in specific cases will an AiM CAN component interface with a vehicle CAN component, such as linking vehicle ECU data to a data logger.
