Point
The stock ride & handling is good in each mode, although there is a bit of fluffiness during daily use at legal speeds and up to a moderate pace without the electronic device control’s interference.
However, when driving at a slightly higher speed or in the high-load range, the car becomes unsteady and cannot be operated accurately, which reduces the enjoyment of driving. Also, if you drive the car to its limits, the electronic device control may interfere and does not allow the car to reach its full potential. Furthermore, if you change to tires with better grip, sometimes the electronic device will not intervene and the car will reverse suddenly, which can be dangerous. If the electronic device is turned off, the driver is still in control. While cornering at high speed, the vehicle may lose the tire grip. Because of the loss and getting of tire grip alternatively, it makes the fluffiness.
HIPERMAX S is designed to provide a more stylish appearance by lowering the vehicle, and to achieve a ride quality that is appropriate for a vehicle with performance that fully exploits its potential. After numerous tests of front and rear rates, damping, stroke volumes, ride height balance, etc., we aimed to give the tire grip to bring out the car's full potential and stabilize the limit characteristics. In addition, the damping value of the damper was also controlled by the piston speed to ensure ride comfort.
